The panel set-up process, including recruiting your customers to join the panel, generally
takes about six weeks. During this time you will work with our team to define the exact
target audience for the panel, design a baseline questionnaire for your profile database,
and decide on a look and feel appropriate for your brand.
Once the panel is in place and you're conducting ongoing research, the panel management team
will ensure that your panelists stay engaged with the community. Incentive administration,
helpdesk support, and ongoing panelist communication is efficiently handled by our dedicated,
in-house teams. Panelists receive regular newsletters that inform them of the impact their
feedback is able to make to your organization. Panelist questions or problems are resolved
quickly by helpdesk support.
